OUR MOTIVATION
Before court trials relied on forensics and DNA, the value of an eyewitness account to determining a conviction carried tremendous value. Unfortunately, the validation of such account can be biased and tainted misinformation. These variables alone can imprison the wrongfully convicted or allow the truly guilty to be acquitted. We are living in corrupt times. Prior to the technological age, we have heard of various cases of wrongful deaths where the guilty has gotten away due to lack to physical proof.
Thanks to the invention of the smartphone, our ability to retain recordings of an incident has drastically improved the validity of the eyewitness account. The leverage of video accounts of a crime can lead to arrests and fuel the interrogation of suspects. Today, the world has a greater view of the injustices of citizens, city officials, law enforcement and so on with the use of the smartphone camcorder in the hands of almost every civilian. We are living in the biggest communication shift in the last 500 years. And those corrupt discrepancies are now exposed as the world now witnesses undeniable accounts.
